About Us
Built on client first
Taj Interiors is the interior design and build venture of Taj Realtors, a RERA-registered property consultancy in Bengaluru that advises investors and families across East Bangalore. We started Taj Interiors because our clients kept asking the same question after buying: who can we trust with the inside?
Today one team designs, builds and hands over complete homes, with the same principle we apply to property: because of our 1%, we will not spoil your 99%.

From keys to move-in
Six stages, each signed off by you before the next begins. Timelines are typical for a 3 BHK and are confirmed in writing after the site measure.

Site measure
Laser measurement of every wall, niche and service point, plus a record of the existing electrical and plumbing layout.
Week 1 - ii
Concept & 3D
Layouts, mood direction and photoreal 3D views of each room. Revised until the plan feels like yours.
Weeks 2–3 - iii
Material selection
Choose laminates, veneers, stone and hardware from physical samples. Nothing is chosen from a screen alone.
Week 4 - iv
Production
Modules are built to the approved drawings while civil, electrical and false-ceiling work runs on site.
Weeks 5–9 - v
Installation & QC
Our senior supervisor checks alignment, gaps, edge-banding and fittings on site at each stage of installation.
Weeks 10–11 - vi
Handover
Deep clean, styling, a walkthrough with a written snag list, and care guides for every finish in your home.

Boiling-water-proof plywood for kitchen and bathroom carcasses. MDF is never used where there’s water.
18MM
Carcass board thickness as standard, with edge-banding on every exposed edge, including the ones you won’t see.

Questions
Before you begin
When should I start interiors for an under-construction flat?
Ideally two to three months before possession. The design, 3D and material selection can all be done from the builder's floor plan, so production starts the week you get the keys.
Do you only do complete homes?
No. Full-home interiors are our focus, but we also take on kitchens, wardrobes and living-room projects on their own, with the same materials and quality checks.
How is pricing worked out?
After the site measure and concept, you receive an itemised quote that lists each unit, its size, the board grade and hardware brand. The price is worked out from your actual scope, not a package.
Will I see the design before work starts?
Yes. You approve the layouts, 3D views and physical material samples before anything goes into production.
Can you fit out an investment property for rental?
Yes. For investor clients we specify durable, easy-to-maintain finishes that photograph well for listings, and we can coordinate with Taj Realtors on leasing.
