Who we are

This website is operated by Taj Realtors (GSTIN 29DPTPK3478B1ZE), 2nd Floor, No 2, LR Bande Road, Raghavendra Swamy Layout, opp. Raghavendra Swamy Temple, RT Nagar, Shampura, Kaval Bairasandra, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560032, India, which runs the Taj Interiors brand. We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

What we collect

Enquiry details: your name, mobile number, email (if given), home type, project or location, possession timeline and design preferences.
Communications: messages, calls and emails you send us, and any photos or floor plans you share.
Project information: if you become a client, your site address, measurements, drawings, approvals, invoices and payment records.
Ad lead forms: if you respond to our Facebook or Instagram ads through a Meta lead form, the details you submit there are shared with us by Meta Platforms.

This website has no database and does not store what you type. The enquiry forms open WhatsApp with your details filled in, and nothing reaches us until you press send.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation or site visit.
To prepare designs, quotations and agreements.
To carry out, supervise and hand over your project, and handle after-sales service.
To send you updates about your enquiry or project. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
To keep accounting, tax and legal records.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box and send your details, reach us through a Meta lead form, or contact us directly. Where you engage us for a project, we also process data as needed to perform that contract and meet our legal obligations.

Our design and site team, and the contractors and suppliers working on your project, only as far as the work requires.
Taj Realtors, where you have also asked for help with property purchase, sale or leasing.
Service providers we use to communicate and keep records, such as WhatsApp (Meta), email and cloud storage providers.
Government authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Advertising on Facebook and Instagram

We may advertise on Facebook and Instagram. If you submit a Meta lead form, Meta shares your submitted details with us, and we use them only as described in this policy. Meta’s handling of your data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. This website does not currently use the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API or any other tracking. If we add them, we will update this policy first.

Cookies and third-party services

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
WhatsApp and Google Maps links take you to those services, which follow their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep client project and financial records for as long as tax and contract law requires, typically 8 years.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
correct, complete or update it;
delete it, where we are not legally required to keep it;
withdraw your consent, which stops future contact but does not affect anything we did before;
nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Security

We limit access to personal data to the people who need it, use password-protected accounts and devices, and review our practices regularly. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data and will notify affected people and authorities of a breach as the law requires.

Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
